By downloading, installing, or using MOSJIE CAMERA (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by MOSJIE STUDIO (“we”).
2. License
We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these Terms. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or unlawfully distribute the App.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers the following paid items. Price and duration are shown in the App and on the App Store checkout screen:
MOSJIE Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1-month period.
MOSJIE Pro Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, 1-year period.
MOSJIE Pro Lifetime — one-time (non-renewing) purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in App Store account settings → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by applicable law, no refund is provided for the unused portion of a started subscription period.
Free users receive a limited number of daily AI Composition uses, as displayed in the App; we reserve the right to adjust it reasonably.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to upload content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal or improper, and not to interfere with or disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App, including its filters, interface, and trademarks, belongs to MOSJIE STUDIO. Photos you capture with the App belong to you.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI composition suggestions are for reference only and are not guaranteed to fit every scene. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and MOSJIE STUDIO only, not with Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
MOSJIE STUDIO, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any third-party, product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims relating to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as such.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
